Privacy Policy

Account data — if you sign up: your email and any profile details you provide (handle, display name, links). Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Listing data — anything you submit for a listing, which is intended to be public.

Usage data — searches, listing views, and clicks, used to power trending, ranking, and builder analytics. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Plausible) for aggregate traffic and do not build advertising profiles.

Payment data — if you buy a paid tier, card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

To operate the directory, rank and personalise results, show builders analytics for their own listings, process payments, prevent abuse, and — only if you opt in — send you a digest email. We do not sell your personal data.

Only the service providers needed to run FindIt: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email you've opted into), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose data if required by law.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions only. Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. Deleting your account removes your personal data, though public listings may be anonymised rather than erased where others rely on them. Questions or requests: hello@finditbusiness.com.
