By accessing or using FindIt Business Directory ("FindIt", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Business Listings

When you submit a business listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business.
• All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You own or have rights to any images you upload.

FindIt reserves the right to remove or edit any listing at any time without notice. Pre-populated listings are added in good faith as a free service to businesses; owners may claim and update their listing at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake or defamatory reviews are prohibited and will be removed.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use FindIt to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Scrape or harvest data without permission.
• Spam users or businesses.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Limitation of Liability

FindIt is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings and are not liable for any losses arising from use of the directory.
